About
Welcome to the LEAWAY Club - Andover
The aim of the LEAWAY Club is to promote indoor and outdoor recreation and social activities among its members. It does this by organising subsidised trips and encouraging use of the gymnasium and fitness suite at Marlborough Lines (by its onsite members). While primarily aimed at civilian members of staff working at MoD, Andover. The LEAWAY Club is also open to military personnel and contractors working on the site and units around Salisbury Plain. The Club is affiliated to - and receives a grant from the Defence Sports and Recreation Association (DSRA) and is also affiliated to the Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC). The Club is run by an elected committee of dedicated volunteers.
It is with regret that The Leaway Sports and Social Club has now folded. All finances have been allocated accordingly, including to the three nominated Charities.
